Full-Time, 36 hours per week. We are seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will provide service in cleaning, processing, sterilizing, delivering instruments and cleaning diagnostic scopes utilized by OR, OB, ER, all Hospital based and out-reach Clinics. You will maintain records required for operation and perform daily/monthly department duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology or on the job training.
- Knowledge of operating room procedures or on the job training.
- Knowledge of equipment, instruments and supplies used in the operating room or on the job training.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of aseptic techniques or on the job training.
- Previous sterile processing experience preferred but not required.
