Kayton International in Albion, NE is looking for a full time dependable, strong work ethic individual who demonstrates strong problem-solving skill and good customer service. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a clean driving record are also necessary. Duties will include but not limited to variety of customer service, stocking duties related to the parts sales, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the parts department. You will assist customers in person and via phone to ensure that the customers and technicians are provided with their parts in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities will include maintain proficiency with all company business systems, perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, answer phone calls on customer inquiries, prompt customer service at the order desk, assist in developing stock orders, check-receive-ship and store parts and freight.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds and some experience in farm equipment is desired.
