Description

The HubSpot Administrator will be responsible for leveraging the full capabilities of the HubSpot platform to optimize our marketing, sales, and customer service operations. The HubSpot Administrator will play a crucial role in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing the effectiveness of our inbound marketing strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to support our business objectives.
  • Customize and optimize HubSpot workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot.
  • Analyze marketing, sales, and customer service data within HubSpot to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports, KPI dashboards, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, initiatives, and strategies, providing insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot tools.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Utilize HubSpot’s automation capabilities to create personalized and targeted customer experiences throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead management processes within HubSpot.
  • Develop lead scoring models and lead nurturing workflows to prioritize and engage prospects effectively.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on using HubSpot tools for prospecting, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to drive efficiency and enhance outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot functionality and capabilities, providing guidance and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with NetSuite a plus.
  • 3-5 Years of experience with HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in HubSpot administration, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in inbound marketing, lead management, and sales enablement strategies.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification) preferred.
