Albion, the county seat of Boone County, lies in the Beaver Valley in central Nebraska. Boone County Industrial Park

In 2021, BCDA secured 28 acres of land along Hwy 39 creating the Boone County Industrial Park. This parcel of land is zoned Heavy Industrial and features highway frontage and rail access. 

Downtown Albion
