SCHEDULE:
Part-time, non-benefited day shift. 12 hours. Every 3rd day weekend, holiday rotation and PRN. Requires a current Nebraska RN License.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for meeting patient’s priority needs by assessing, participating in interdisciplinary care planning, providing and/or delegating care and evaluating patients’ responses and progress toward clinical outcomes. Contributes to an efficient and effective work environment through activities including professional communication and documentation, precepting and/or resourcing of others. Provides and performs oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Nebraska
- Practices according to the NE Scope of Practice and Nursing Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must be able to take call and respond within 30 minutes
- Previous RN experience preferred
