The Village Clerk is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Cedar Rapids is governed by a five member board of trustees. The Village of Cedar Rapids provides sewer, street repair, water and solid waste disposal. Cedar Rapids also maintains a swimming pool and three city parks.
