Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at BigIron, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your role encompasses the development, execution, and management of our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to drive growth, enhance engagement, and meet strategic goals.

 

 Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to the success of BigIron by creating, executing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to drive growth and meet strategic goals.
  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
  • Create and implement growth strategies, including brainstorming and executing innovative campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Oversee the creation and testing of new landing pages to improve conversion rates and optimize user experience.
  • Manage paid search performance in collaboration with digital agencies, including campaign structure, keyword management, and bidding strategies.
  • Implements, oversees, and manages digital marketing strategies that advance an organization’s mission by reaching a broad audience and attaining greater exposure
  • Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.
  • Actively participate in departmental and company-wide meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and planning.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Prepare and develop plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budget targets.
  • Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to BigIron policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and upholding company standards.
  • Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with successful SEO and content marketing experience
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and programs
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and optimizing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Highly creative with a strong ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
  • Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools and website metrics, including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Experience with various digital marketing software and platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
