Employment Type: Full-Time Staff development and QAPI Coordinator
Develop and maintain staff training and competencies. Teach Nursing Assistant classes. QAPI coordinator duties and responsibilities are as follows: Manages the Continuous Survey Readiness Process by assigning and following up on progress for completion of audits and data reviews. Facilitates the creation and completion of action plans for deficient areas. Facilitates the creation and completion of action plans for deficient areas. Facilitates the QAPI Committee. Ensures that QAPI addresses all systems of care and management practices. Ensures the annual QAPI assessment is completed and coordinates the formulation of the annual QAPI plan. A weekend and holiday rotation on the floor may be required.
Registered Nurse with Nebraska License and at least 2 years experience with 1 year in long term care
